The number of travel lanes on Oakridge Boulevard, between North Halifax Avenue and A1A, are being reduced from three to two lanes and a designated, 7-foot buffered bicycle lane is being created as part of this Florida Department of Transportation project. The road’s existing surface will also be milled and resurfaced. Motorist should use caution in the area, watch for lane closures and follow detours. The project is expected to be completed by January.
