The City of Daytona Beach is joining other Florida cities in celebrating the work of municipal government during Florida City Government Week from October 21 through October 27.
You can get involved in your Daytona Beach government and community by doing one of the following:

- Attend a meeting. The Daytona Beach City Commission regularly meets at 6 p.m. on the first and third Wednesday of each month at City Hall. There will be a special meeting of the City Commission at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 23, to discuss granting local support in the form of a loan to the Midtown Manor Limited Partnership. The agenda for the meeting is online at this website.
- Attend an event. The city hosts and supports many community, public safety and recreational programs and events.
