WEB_Pop Study_Oct 23 2020

The University of Florida’s Bureau of Economic and Business Research (BEBR) has released population projections for Daytona Beach for the next 25 years. Using different statistical techniques, population forecasts were made in five-year increments for 2025, 2030, 2035, 2040 and 2045. Based on historic growth models and demographic extrapolation methods, BEBR’s analysis shows Daytona Beach’s population will grow almost 40% from 2020 to 2045.
