Feacher hosted a senior staff retreat focused on collaboration and problem-solving, reinforcing a culture of teamwork.
- Grant Funding for Recreation Projects – Daytona Beach secured over $420,000 in grants to enhance the Midtown Recreation Complex and Lenox Park Playground, improving fitness and play areas for the community.
- New Firefighting Boat: Marine 1—The Daytona Beach Fire Department launched Marine 1, a 26-foot firefighting boat stationed at Fire Station No. 1.
- Building Permit Fee Waivers—From September 2024 to March 2025, the city waived $3.5 million in building permit fees, benefiting more than 2,000 residential and commercial projects.
- Infrastructure & Safety Improvements:
- Main Street Arch rehabilitation project continues, with completion expected this summer.
- Beachside Water Tanks from the 1950s-60s were safely dismantled and removed.
