On or about November 1, 2025, the City of Daytona Beach will request HUD’s release of funds to support the Lakewood Senior Housing Project—a four-story, 56-unit senior housing complex at 1300 Jimmy Ann Drive, Daytona Beach, FL. The City of Daytona Beach has determined the project poses no significant environmental impact.
Submit written comments by October 31, 2025, to the Redevelopment & Neighborhood Services to have your input considered before the request is finalized.
