On or about October 16, 2025, Volusia County will request HUD’s release of funds to support the Lakewood Senior Housing Project—a four-story, 56-unit senior housing complex at 1300 Jimmy Ann Drive, Daytona Beach, FL. The County has determined the project poses no significant environmental impact.
Submit written comments by November 3, 2025, to the Redevelopment & Neighborhood Services to have your input considered before the request is finalized.
Objections to the release of funds may be emailed to CPDRROFJKV@hud.gov.
