[ARCHIVED] Person Of Interest Sought In Fatal Stabbing

The Daytona Beach Police Department is asking for the public’s help in finding a person of interest (pictured) in a fatal stabbing.

Units responded to the Citgo gas station (600 West International Speedway Boulevard) after a call for help came in at 4:37 this morning (September 21, 2019).

Paramedics took the victim to Halifax Health Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead. 

His identity is not available at this time but we can confirm he’s a black male in his mid to late 20’s.

No other details are available at this time, including the report and a possible motive. This homicide investigation is active and ongoing.
